Testimony from a GTL Donor

Skip and I are looking forward to our retirement years, yet we are still energetic and curious about our world. We share the desire to help the world’s children. GTL gives us the opportunity to give what we can, financially and socially, while receiving both the satisfaction of giving and the stimulation of new ideas and information. We have chosen GTL because it gives nearly all the donor’s money to a girl’s education. For only $700, we can actually give a girl one year of education, room and board, likely saving her life. That is no exaggeration. We have personally seen GTL’s girls developing self-confidence as they go through high school. We have experienced their appreciation as we visited their schools in East Africa. We want to reach out to more people like us, who want to share what they have and experience personal growth at the same time.
